Lifestyle

Hi

I think all of these lifestyle choices have a positive change for us.
Just because the scientists can't find any conclusive evidence.
I would recommend exercise and study as ways to offset old age and I believe they are important factors.
The thing with science is we could get a different study next year contradicting this one.

My thinking

I was surprised that the evidence has not find yet and there are many things that it is not possible to understand with modern science.

I think healthy lifestyle is important too.

Healthy lifestyle

I think so.

Today some old people are active others decline the ability .
In order to continue activity and to stop the loss of ability, I think that healthy lifestyle is important.
I think we should keep healthy lifestyle.

No Proof Lifestyle Changes Can Prevent Mental Decline

I think most people hope to prevent cognitive decline as we age, so I chose this article.
In this article, researchers has failed to find strong evidence that lifestyle changes - like diet , exercise and stimulating the brain can prevent cognitive decline in older people.
But, exercise, diet and cognitive stimulation showed some positive effects.
So I think healthy lifestyle is important.

What do you think about this?
